I just want to write you a quick note on my experience with the purchase of my lot, handled by your your sales associate Danny  Boggs.  I have never purchased a piece of property with a power of attorney until recently. I am in the legal filed and this is something out of the norm for me to do, but after speaking with Danny Boggs, he  make me feel very comfortable in purchasing with a POA, he was able to answer all of my questions,  went above and beyond his duties to make it a smooth transaction for me. 

He just came across to me as a honest and trust worthy individual, so I went ahead trusted him and purchased.  I will definitely purchase more properties with him in the future.

This September we found your ad for Indian Lake in a local newspaper.  Our first contact was with Danny Boggs.  My wife and I asked him many questions.  Answering them, we both agreed he seemed very knowledgeable and his phone persona was warm and friendly.  My wife was apprehensive about buying land, but after our conversation with Danny, she felt confident we were dealing with a good man and a reputable company.  We contacted him many times and he recommended Lot 14.  Trusting his judgement we agreed to purchase sight unseen.  When we visited the property in October, he met us and showed us the lot.  When we saw it we knew he had picked the right one for us.  We received an ad from the company this week for the December 8th promotion, for the land and the log home package.  I was interested and told my wife.  Thinking she would say I'm crazy.  To my amazement she said let's call Danny.  We did and we now own Lot 13 also.  We are looking forward to building a home in the future.  When we do, guess who we will ask for advice on a builder?

I have intended to send this email for over two weeks but the ever-hectic pace of life keeps distracting me.

My wife, Karen, and I want you to know how much we appreciate Danny Boggs and all that he did that helped us decide to buy lot 84 at Indian Lake.  Prior to the Saturday showing, Danny spent time with us on the phone answering every one of our way-too-many questions.  He went out of his way to meet with us early Saturday morning, as an accommodation to us, since my wife and kids were flying out of Nashville later in the day, and he answered even more questions from us as we drove through the area. 

Even after the deal was closed and the paperwork was signed, Danny called me that Saturday evening to make sure all went well and we were pleased with our decision.  In fact, he called a second time after I mused aloud, “Maybe we should have bought two lots,” to let me know there was an additional 5% discount if we did.  While my wife and I were thinking it over, Danny followed up with courtesy calls to make sure we didn’t have questions he could answer.

Through all of this, we never felt pressured into making a decision.  We were made to feel like we were his most important client.  If Danny makes all of his clients feel that way, and I strongly suspect he does, he is an asset to your organization.

I would appreciate it if you would let Danny know how pleased we are with his help and professionalism, and with our decision to be a lot owner at Indian Lake.
